  • Brian Kropp, Chief of Research and Group Vice President at Gartner
  • Jason Lauritsen, Chief Content Officer, achieve Engagement

As we wrap up a historically disruptive year and turn our attention to next year, it’s a good time to lift our eyes and scan the world around us for signs of what lies ahead. 2020 was difficult in part because so much of what happened was unexpected and found us unprepared to respond. It’s imperative that we be better equipped to meet the challenges of 2021.

To help us prepare is this month’s guest, Brian Kropp, Chief of HR Research at Gartner. In this month’s webcast, we’ll discuss what Brian and his team have identified as the top trends that will affect HR in the next year including what proactive teams should be doing now to adapt and respond. These trends will include topics such as the gender wage gap, employee monitoring technology, and moving beyond managing employee experience to managing the life experience of employees.
