Alexa Baggio is the Founder of PERKS - The Employer Experience Company. Creators of PERKS Showcase™ - The Benefits Branding Tool, the PERKS Conventions (PERKSCon) and the People Ops Society (POPS) and has been working to fundamentally change the ‘HR’ game and move the profession forward through immersive experiences and thought provoking interactions. 

Alexa first entered the people industry in 2014 after co-founding 2020 Onsite, a mobile optometry clinic providing convenient and high-tech eye care to employees at the office. Around that same time, Alexa founded The PERKS Conventions to make employee-focused services easier to discover, access, and afford. At present, PERKSCon has expanded to six cities across the continent and is the largest Employee Experience expo in the world. 

In 2020, PERKS created PERKS Showcase™, an innovative virtual benefits fair and communication platform that empowers employers to host live info sessions, eliminate hours of work wrangling vendors, and improve employee experience communications all year round. She holds a B.A. with Honors from Brown University in Entrepreneurship & Organizational Behavior and currently lives in Cambridge, MA.
