At ThinkHuman, Teila leads community events and partnerships by working with People leaders looking to launch virtual and in-person community events to provide manager training and leadership development for the humans in their organization.

In her previous roles, like Intercom, she was a founding sales team member. At Envoy, she established the Partnerships Department and laid the foundation for evaluating, building, and marketing the Technical and Reseller Programs at Envoy. At Transition OverWatch and Flockjay, she was a Sr. Sales Trainer coaching and guiding the next generation of top sales talent.
