Over a decade ago, I started in HR to apply positive psychology to organizational culture, design, and systems. Now, I develop optimal conditions for companies and their talent through proactive HR partnerships, scalable HR design, and coaching leaders.

My expertise lies in performance management, employee engagement/relations, and talent management. I've delivered job architecture solutions to Series-D startups; implemented new PEO, ATS, L&D, and AI systems; and enhanced the employee experience with data-backed insights and leadership development.

My interest in AI enhances my work, increasing efficiency in HR operations and talent acquisition. I'm writing articles in the AI in HR Newsletter by Hacking HR to share what I've learned with colleagues in the arena.
