Chantal Salazar is a versatile DEI leader with more than 15 years of professional experience across multiple industries.  She takes an authentic approach to DEI rooted in trust and connection, and she believes in the power and value of human difference.  Her specialities include DEI leadership, with a special focus on strategy, operations, and data insights. Prior to joining Glassdoor, she served as a Director of DEI at Dropbox, where she focused on diversifying the workforce, empowering Employee Resource Groups, and driving the employee experience through the lens of inclusion. 

Chantal holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Math from the University of Md, Baltimore County, as well as a Master's in Computational & Applied Math from Rice University. In addition to her role at Glassdoor, she currently serves on Fidelity Charitable's Next Gen Advisory Board.
