Heather is co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Praxis Labs, where she leads product teams in envisioning the future of immersive learning, behavior change, and insights that help build better working relationships. Prior to co-founding Praxis Labs, Heather’s expertise in immersive technology and product strategy began while at NASA where she explored its application for pilot training. Following NASA, she held roles as an electrical engineer at Microsoft Hololens, and then as a tech strategy consultant at Bain & Co. Heather holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. As a first-generation Asian-American, she is driven by her parents’ immigration story and her own experiences sharing across and celebrating cultural differences. She is passionate about using technology to augment how we work, learn, and grow.
