Because I am passionate about improving everyone's experience at work, I became an industrial-organizational psychologist. I believe we all have talents; thus, I lead teams by coaching and connecting their skills to strategy.
I have fifteen years of experience in talent assessment, learning product development, consulting, and research program management. I offer strong expertise in I-O psychology, strategic HR, leadership development, people analytics, and listening strategy survey design. I am a credentialed leadership and team coach.
I want to help others by sharing what I know, so I love presenting at conferences and meetings. Because early on I learned to make do with what I have, I am scrappy and resourceful. I pride myself on being competitive, thoughtful, and organized.
