I am an energetic professional who brings extensive experience in customer/brand/employee experience research, statistical analysis, and business strategy within multiple business sectors along with a passion for thought leadership development. I am an experienced public speaker with an ability to establish and build rapport with audiences, partners, and C-Suite leadership teams across all industry levels. I currently work closely with organizational leaders from the Director level to the C-Suite, initiating partnerships and strategic consulting engagements, overseeing market research, and providing project guidance for customer success across diverse business sectors. I guide these projects from beginning to end.

Alongside my strategic partners and clients in the past few years, I have served as a strategy consultant, research advisor for customer, brand, and employee experience initiatives, developed new proprietary and syndicated research products, created strategies to maximize revenue generation, and managed global studies for customer experience optimization.
