2022 achieve Virtual: Inclusion & Belonging
If we’ve learned anything over the past two years, it’s the vital role that inclusion and equity play in creating an engaging employee experience. COVID, social justice challenges, and “return to office” pressures have put a spotlight on the work of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB). HR leaders in all areas must play a role in creating an inclusive, equitable work experience where everyone feels like they belong.
On July 27th, 2022, we hosted a dynamic and instructive event where we explored the ways in which DEIB drives employee engagement and retention. To make the most of this program, we recorded and maintained the sessions from our experts and leaders who shared how you can create a culture where people from diverse races, ages, gender, culture, and belief systems can share their experiences.
Follow the links below and you will discover how to create and manage the change required to put DEIB at the center of your work.
