In this impact accelerator, we explored the practice of actively listening to employees at different stages of their employee journey within the organization.
Guided by the motto, "Using Voice To Reinvent & Improve The Employee Experience," the primary objective of this conversation was to harness the potential of employee feedback through asking the right questions and to implement diverse listening techniques at various points in the employee experience and lifecycle.
The program featured insights from an internal leader who presented their "My Voice" program - a remarkable initiative that achieved an impressive 90% participation rate among a workforce of 94,000 employees. Notably, the program acknowledged the necessity of deploying multiple surveys to effectively engage employees at different organizational levels.
By emphasizing trust and transparency through open-sourced listening strategies, the program aimed to establish an inclusive and collaborative workplace environment. This approach was designed to cater to the evolving needs of both employees and the organization as a whole, ultimately striving to enhance the overall employee experience.
